Due to the value and exclusivity of each design, and our commitment to preserving the quality and integrity of every piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the purchase is completed.

Exceptions:

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following case:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.

Reporting Process:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The case will be reviewed, and if the damage is confirmed, the appropriate action will be taken—either compensation or replacement, depending on availability.
